hela Sverige MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the in-depth specified high level technical support for the Network Operation Center, regarding MSCi and related interfaces
Correct difficult technical area faults and performance degradations in the managed network,
Responsible to involve the development and implementation of Operations & Maintenance processes
Responsible to involve the development of Operations subcontractors on-the job training
Working as deputy Switching Team Leader
REQUIREMENTS:
High level experience in Nokia 2G and 3G equipment
Experience in operating telecommunication networks
Experience in team building
Good experience in communicating with different groups/teams
