We are looking for a cross platform developer to the L&W Process Measurements R&D Department. You will join cross functional team where you will collaborate with colleagues within electronics design, embedded systems, sensor physics, mechanical design and project management.
We develop products and solutions for the paper making industry, and you will develop applications needed to run our clients online fiber analyzers, and felt measuring instruments. As a Cross Platform Developer you will create embedded applications that run on embedded boards and windows-applications from the same environment. You will mainly use C++ and its a bonus if you are interested in sensors and tech in general.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You have a Msc in Computer Science, applied physic, electronic engineering or similar.
You can also have a couple of years working experience with electronics design with an interest to learn and work on programming assignments.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of equipment for quality control and process optimization in the pulp and paper industry. Their head office, including R&D and manufacturing, is located in Kista, Stockholm. Their unit consists of about 80 people, where Sales, Product Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance and R&D all sit under one roof. In this role you will be part of our Process Measurements R&D team, where you will get the opportunity to be an active part of our product development life cycle, from idea to launch.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT:
This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition is that the assignment will result in a permanent position at the client company after a duration of 6 months.
