As marketers, we place the consumer at the heart of everything. More than ever today, consumers are in the driver's seat, it is crucial to understand their shopping journeys to provide them with the information they need, where they look for it and when they want it.
The European Path to Purchase (P2P) Marketing team is looking for a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Manager. As our growth hacker you will optimize our shopper journeys and ways of working on brand website with the goal to maximize conversion opportunities. You will analyse the P2P journey funnel, find, test and evaluate different conversion growth hypothesis, run performance reports and different root cause analysis.
You'll need to be great with data analysis, multivariate and A/B testing, have good communication skills and a thorough understanding of how conversion work and where opportunities lie. The right person is a data aficionado and insights driven, has a growth and optimization mindset, a strong digital marketing and sales acumen and is passionate about delivering both consumer-centric experiences across conversion touch points.
In this role you will work closely together with the extended marketing team and sales teams both on a European and country level.
Key areas of responsibilities
Management and execution of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to continuously build and improve key metrics on our brand websites for the Path to Purchase (P2P) journey.
Definition, execution and reporting on A/B and multivariate testing strategies for P2P and timelines for continuous improvements of key metrics.
Establishment of goals and creation of appropriate reports to track progress and evaluate testing program results, analyse efficiencies, and modify strategies based on outcomes.
Regular communication and translation of data-driven test results into actionable insights to product owners and other senior stakeholders, aligning the tests to our overall strategy and goals.
Work with product owners via application of user-centred design strategies to define, model and develop both functional and optimized steps in the P2P journey.
Collaborate with D2C, IT and other cross functional teams to optimize the P2P journey and continually measure the performance to optimize long term value and progressively profile our leads.
Participate in all stages of the P2P web development cycle: support the team with relevant analysis (GA, ContenSquare, Clarabridge), take part in concept development and contribute formulating requirements and suggesting improvements.
Consolidate D2C requests within the P2P experimentation backlog.
Support in the definition of P2P and D2C uses cases on DY (recommendation and personalization).
Coordinate CRO team activities across brand website journeys to work towards a consistent goal, avoiding conflicting developments.

Qualifications:
Several years' of experience working with Conversion Rate Optimization
Higher education in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
Preferably experience working in a multinational context with international scope
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Any other additional language is a plus.
