We are looking for a technical CRO Manager who is driven by understanding complex, multi-market e-commerce data sets and has a pedantic urge to ensure that websites are optimized for the best experience possible to maximize conversion rates, while not being afraid to do the work. If you have a background in e-commerce, the skills, and the drive necessary to fulfill the obligations in a high-growth, fast-paced company, we want to hear from you.
Your areas of responsibility will be:
• Conversion rate optimization
• Maintain and oversee tracking tags and events
• Setting up an optimization strategy and testing plan together with main stakeholders
You 'll be working with:
• Google Analytics to maintain and develop our analytics platform.
• Digging into user data with help from our new analytics tool Contentsquare
• Setup and analyze sales funnel
• Google Tag Manager to maintain and develop our tag structure.
• Driving conversion rate improvements; working with analytics and usability software, conducting A/B tests, and report outcomes.
• Assist the marketing department in refining and optimizing attribution models
• Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan
Your profile:
• A passion for and the ability to make complex data-driven insights into simple actions.

• Comfortable working with complex tag structures and take ownership and drive new initiatives forward
• Strong understanding of analytics with hands on experience in Google Analytics
Your background:
• 3 + years experience in web analytics and CR optimization from e-commerce business.
• Experience working together with digital and analytic agencies as well as internal stakeholders on delivering results.
You will be based in Stockholm. You will report to our Head of E-commerce. The position is a full-time position and will be filled as soon as we find the right candidate. Please send your application as soon as possible as we are reviewing them continuously.
