In short...This position means working alongside other motivated young professionals and report directly to Head of International Growth & Head of Nordic Sales to ensure all CRM activities are implemented successfully, with the overall objective of streamlining, optimizing and improving customer flows and dialogues.

We are looking for someone who can:- Set up automated communication journeys and automate the lead process
• Produce, implement and execute CRM activities in our CRM tool, Pipedrive
• Find new lead sources and provide our sales team with high quality leads
• Analyze data to find improvement opportunities for our customer experience
• Guide and support our subsidiaries how to execute, adjust and follow up communication journeys

Desired skills:- Experience of setting up automated, multi-channel communication
• A good understanding of digital channels and the digital customer journey
• Analytical and solution oriented mindset. Outside the box thinking
• Interest in research trends, customer behaviour and finding improvement opportunities
