As a CRM Specialist at NA-KD you get to put your stamp on our communication and voice with our customers. You will be part of a dynamic and growing marketing team, helping create and execute our daily email campaigns.

In the role as a CRM specialist at NA-KD you will be working closely with our CRM Campaign Manager as well as our CRM manager were you will be able to grow both personally and professionally.
Responsibilities (your future)
• Support the CRM Campaign Manager to plan weekly communications.
• Manage the newsletter translation process (we work with 6 different languages)
• Create and assign tasks to design and copywriting teams based on weekly communication plan.
• Work closely with design and copywriting teams to coordinate the newsletter content.
• A/B Testing email campaigns for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate projects and ensure timelines are met across organizations including marketing, design, analytics and external partners.
• Support the CRM Campaign Manager with ad hoc tasks.
• Ensure high attention to detail in our Customer facing marketing communications.
Your Past & Skills.
• Degree in marketing or communications or relevant work experience in the field.
• Familiar with CRM and email marketing platforms. Working with Insider is a plus.
• High level of attention to detail in preparation of newsletters.
• Ability to successfully multi-task and deliver high quality work in an ambiguous environment with short timelines.
• Structured and ability to learn fast.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
