Working with increased customer experiences is an important part of our strategy. By enforcing data driven support to our customers, we are able to increase speed in our processes while providing centralized organizational information. To support and drive our business towards this strategic direction, we are now looking for the expertise of a CRM Program Manager to lead and manage our global CRM and to support our sales tools solutions.
In this position, you are part of our global sales team with flexible location at any Sandvik Coromant sales office. Global travelling is a natural part of the job.
Your mission - Ensuring execution of our strategic initiatives and business transformation
As CRM Program Manager, you actively take part in shaping our go-to-market model by establishing a structure of how we are working with programs, projects and other transformation initiatives. You inspire and challenge the organization in moving forward and reaching objectives, and you support the transformation workstreams in an agile and valuable way.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you help drive the thinking of our strategic agendas and you inspire by using external examples, a fact-based approach and secure quick iterations and progress. By co-defining scopes, outcomes and KPI's and building a follow-up method, you ensure we keep momentum and systematically execute what we design. You are responsible for the global CRM budget and development, and
to support our future business needs, you work together with IT and Application Management to expand and develop our Dynamic Platform. All in all, you build a platform where strategy turns into concrete initiatives and you act as a trusted sounding board towards stakeholders and management.
Your profile - A confident and mature doer with the power to influence
We are looking for a business-oriented doer with at least five years' experience from working with CRM. You have a degree in a relevant field of studies, such as Business Administration, or the equivalent knowledge gained from working with business development. Experience from working with Microsoft in other areas than CRM and project management skills comes in handy in this position, and since we act on a truly global stage, you need excellent skills in verbal and written English.
