Are you passionate about communication and sales? Are you creative and good at writing inspiring texts that are selling?
Do you want to contribute to a better customer experience, by using data-driven insights and performing tests to optimize content? We are now looking for an CRM Producer at Kappahl in Mölndal.

Kappahl is doing great and now we are investing in developing the customer meeting through relevant and inspiring communication to our members and existing customers.

We offer you: A key role in Kappahls CRM department where we are on an exciting journey of change. You will work with competent colleagues in an exciting industry where things change quickly.

As CRM producer, you are responsible for writing, developing and producing different types of content for our CRM channels, with a focus on email. You produce and publish selling content that will inspire, engage and activate our customers. In the role, you write selling texts and adapt the content to the channel, target group and Kappahls brand identity. You also perform continuous a/b tests to constantly develop and optimize communication to our customers.

You report to the CRM Manager and are part of the CRM department that is part of the commercial department at Kappahl Sales. In the CRM team you work closely with your colleagues such as CRM & Communication Leader, CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist, System Manager, Loyalty Specialist, etc.

Your profile: You have experience in similar roles, with a focus on producing emails and writing different kinds of copy texts. You have relevant academic education within, for example, digital marketing. As a person, you are excellent with shapes and styles with a sense of image and have a habit of writing selling texts. Merit is if you have also worked in Voyado.

Your personality: As a person, you are independent and are happy to take your own initiative to find different solutions. You are structured, thorough and used to working with deadlines. You are creative and have an eye for details. You are communicative and good at expressing yourself in both speech and writing in Swedish and English. You are also a team player who sees the importance of interacting with different roles and functions to achieve the best results. You are also commercially driven and it is natural for you to focus on customer, loyalty and sales.
