We are now looking for a CRM Partnership Manager, responsible for customer journey experience within lead management, CRM and partnership field. This is a full-time temporary position until September 2020, based in Kista, Stockholm.

Responsibilities:
• Plan, set KPIs, implement, coordinate and follow-up of activities in the field of Lead Management, Customer Data Management and CRM activities in Sweden in coordination with MarCom Manager, After Sales and IT departments.
• Manage, develop, follow-up and optimize current activities such as newsletters, customer magazine, monthly DMs, finance-letters, fleet-actions etc
• Lead management optimization - find new solutions of creating leads, optimize lead processes, track, follow-up and report on results.
• Analysis and reporting profiles and patterns of customer behavior in terms of car purchase and sustaining/building loyalty for re-purchase.
• Manages the CRM budget and coordinates the implementation of the budget in Sweden when it comes to direct marketing actions for PC, Fleet, Dacia.
• Adapts and implements the campaigns (and validate plans) with sales network.
• Responsible for agency contact for DM agencies and other sub-contractors.
• Responsible for the operational work for local partnerships based on overall strategy including managing events and other administrational tasks such as invitations and coordination.

Your profile:
• At least 3+ years professional experience of managing projects, prepare action plans and enforce implementation
• Knowledge of CRM and customer service processes is essential
• Relevant university degree
• Proven ability to manage several projects at the same time and prioritize between them
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage but not essential
• You are fluent in Swedish and English and have excellent communications skills.

To be successful in this position it is essential for us that you are driven, analytic, structured and organized with self-drive, strong focus & business minded. Furthermore, we believe that knowledge of communication and branding theories and principles is a prerequisite as well as experience of handle agency contact.
