DENTSPLY Implants is looking for a CRM & Sales Excellence Analyst for a permanent position, to be stationed at the headquarter in Mölndal, Sweden. The CRM & Sales Excellence Analyst will report directly to the VP Sales International who is stationed partly at DENTSPLY Implants in Mölndal and partly in Germany.
DESCRIPTION
As an integral part of DENTSPLY Implants Sales Management Team you would be responsible for leading our CRM & Sales Excellence initiatives with the primary purpose to gain new customers, strengthen customer loyalty and increase sales.
You will:
• Lead and participate various CRM & Sales Excellence projects
• In collaboration with our Sales Management Team and DENTSPLY Internationals Corporate CRM Team, establish and maintain CRM & Sales Excellence plans, Business Rules/Best Practice Documentation and Training Material
• In collaboration with our Sales Management Team & DENTSPLY Internationals Corporate CRM Team establish CRM & Sales Excellence global KPIs and setup Salesforce.com reports/dashboards to assess performance.
• Provide SFDC/CRM training & support to our Sales Management Team and headoffice Salesforce.com users.
QUALIFICATIONS You have a Bachelor's degree in business or related field plus 3-5 years? experience in sales/CRM and preferably experience from working with Salesforce.com. Dental industry experience is preferred. The position requires creativity, drive and ability to meet aggressive deadlines. It also requires the ability to plan, organize and execute at both strategic and tactical levels and handle multiple projects of varying size. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with solid business understanding and excellent analytical skills. In your role we want you to constantly seek for effective ways to analyze and improve our performance. You also share our understanding that the best results are gained though a collaborative approach and through providing solutions that give day-to-day business value for all involved parties. The role requires advanced utilization and setup of primarily Salesforce.com's analytical capabilities and ability to, with the use of the retrieved data, spot trends and highlight anomalies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English are a prerequsite. Advanced usage of Excel and PowerPoint will also be required for the role.
