Stena Line's Marketing & Omni Channel team is a big part of this journey, working on a number of exciting projects. We are now looking for someone to refine CRM and Marketing Automation activities.

At Stena Line we want our customers to know how important they are to us, without them we would not be the company we are today. Now our Head of Marketing & Omni Channel are looking to strengthen his team with a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager Freight/B2B to make sure our company will be even more successful in our customer relationships in the future.

What will you do?
As CRM & Marketing Automation Manager working with our freight customers you are responsible for developing and driving our CRM tools within Freight & B2B. You will own the full circle B2B, from lead generation to customer identification, to retention.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Be responsible for and hub for B2B CLC mails, and all other outbound messages, and local CRM managers to help them develop and keep transformations ongoing.
• Own and drive outbound messaging design and keep Stena visual profile, and utilize latest findings from B2C, within B2B in User experience, and other design related features.
• Own and drive development of B2B CRM tools within Stena Line and report key Metrix to Retention & Omni channel group.
• Drive transformation so we get a digital presence and capability in B2B to complement and develop our existing traditional B2B/Freight customer acquisition and retention.
• Drive and actively distribute Lead & retention KPI's and analysis for retention across our organization.
• Key stakeholder in B2B Direct marketing development.
• Lead and inspire by coaching & supporting our local B2B markets within CRM Lead & retention in reaching their respective targets and KPI focus.
• Travel to, and develop close relationship with each local market, to drive change and listen to markets input. Manage educational programs within the given segment to maximize effect.

Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. To be a good match for this role you need international experience in data driven project development. You also need the ability to drive change in a B2B/Freight environment. If you have extensive experience in Freight sales process and local challenges you might be the perfect fit!

To succeed in this role you need to be fluent in English.
