What you'll do
As CRM & Loyalty Manager, you are overall responsible for developing and implementing a strategy to increase and growth of Care by Volvos business. You will lead the strategy development, for targeted customer engagement. For us, it is all about having the happiest customers. This means that you will:
* Work in close collaborations with Consumer Insights to conduct segmentation studies
* You'll generate and develop CRM KPI reports to Direct Sales functions, in order to run and analyse insight and online behaviour to drive sales
* Design and launch digital CRM Marketing campaigns with brand creatives and product teams
* Develop ways of customer communication together with marketing teams, to increase satisfaction and retentions of the Care by Volvo community
* Specify and implement product and e-commerce requirements together with product management and direct sales teams
* Take ownership of the CRM platform, by defining requirements for effective use and oversee customer data
You play a key role in the Product Development team that consists of highly skilled team members and reports to Head of Product Development. The job is located in Stockholm or HQ in Gothenburg.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
* University degree within Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant
* At least five years of experience of driving CRM-programs through digital channels or e-commerce
* Hands on experience with campaign messaging, A/B testing and post campaign analysis
* Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
To be successful in this position, we believe you are able to take accountability for your direct area, with the ability to work independently. You have the ability to solve problems in a creative way. We believe that you dare to be bold in a thought through way with integrity and curiosity as guidelines. As a person, you have focus on customers, which gives you the opportunity to build strong relationships and good at motivating others. Since Care by Volvo is in a development phase, we believe that you are intellectually curious and face challenges with creativity. Your abilities to work independently, analytical and strategically will be of good use in this position.
