Do you have experience managing CRM campaigns and are you into data driven marketing? Then we have the role for you! On behalf of our client, an international IT company, MultiMind is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist for a 1-year consultancy opportunity.

About the role Our client is now seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist, with experience from 1-1 digital marketing having the fundamental understanding of coordinating and executing digital campaigns and activities to drive retention. As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and leading CRM programs and campaign activities.
Main tasks & responsibilities Define, develop and lead CRM projects to drive retention, loyalty and incremental sales, working closely together with the CRM manager
Excute and follow up on decided projects
Manage dashboard tools; creating weekly and monthly reports
Prepare and create presentations for follow up and insights
The profile We are looking for a proative project manager, who can take ownership of the entire process - from idea to implementation. A creative do'er with a keen interest in digital marketing. Someone with strong communication skills, who can collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies). This role further calls for someone, who is motivated by working in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to prioritise tasks. More speciafically, we are looking for someone who:
Has experience with project management of marketing campaigns. It is a plus if you have experience with email and applications communication and marketing
Has experience with digital platforms, such as Adobe Campaign, DPM, and Analytics
Has relevant higher education preferably within digital marketing
Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
Is a friend to Excel and PowerPoint
