We are now looking for a CRM Shared Services Market Specialist!
CRM Shared Services (CSS) is part of Volvo Cars Global Marketing and provides end-to-end database operations and CRM management to 27 sales companies around the world. We work as a shared service center, with operations in Sweden, China and USA, maximizing efficiencies, economies of scale and good practice sharing. We manage over 16 million records, a complete customer contact program and about 4000 campaign fulfillments a year.
The CRM Market Specialist is the CRM primary point of contact for the international sales companies. A CSS Market Specialist is responsible for 1-3 markets, depending on the size of the markets. The role is a mix between CRM project management, business analyst and problem solver.
Who are you?
We believe you are service minded, proactive and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment. You have the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and know how to map marketing ideas to technical requirements and, vice versa, map new technologies to marketing opportunities. You have excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and follow through and you always perform with quality and effectiveness.
What you will do?
* Manage relationships and expectations from market and internal stakeholders through appropriate communication tools.
* Manage request handling and coordination with central CSS team (campaigns, reporting and fulfilment).
* Proactively provide business and technical CRM advice to the markets.
* Provide CRM and system training to the markets.
* Provide best-practice sharing and support to the markets and fellow market specialists.
* Coordinate system investigations, trouble shooting and support with IT.
* Keep updated on CSS and CRM system developments.
* Keep updated on market system landscape and data flow.
* Assist the markets in their CRM KPI reporting.
Requirements
* University degree, preferably in business and/or IT, or equivalent experience.
* Basic marketing, business intelligence and/or CRM system user skills (preferable Salesforce).
* Experience of working with international stakeholders.
* Planning- and project management skills.
* Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
