We now have a job opening for an exciting role in our Marketing department. We are looking for a highly motivated hands on CRM Manager. You will develop our customer relationship management processes, optimize customer lifetime value, enhance loyalty and the customer experience and contribute to sales.
You will be part of a friendly, competent and engaged team. We are located in a modern office in central Stockholm, with today approximately 50 employees.
You will…
Develop Lenson's loyalty strategy across email, SMS, mobile push marketing and social media
Create best in class customer retention programs across all stages
Ensure that our customer database is effectively segmented for targeted marketing activities
Monitor and optimize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability
Create and deliver compelling CRM campaigns in multiple markets
Monitor the CRM KPI's and optimize our actions based on your analysing
Continuously test & learn across all CRM touchpoints, with use of personalisation & incentives
You have…
2-4 years’ relevant work experience within the field, ideally at an online e-commerce business
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behaviour.
Business acumen and strong analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and maximize marketing results
Experience from working with SQL and database management
A good understanding of HTML and you are at ease with Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge with Google Analytics (a strong plus)
Full proficiency in English (Lenson is a Swedish company working in an international environment).
