We are now looking for a new CRM Manager for our headquarter in Stockholm. As CRM Manager, you are both a doer and strategic thinker responsible for our CRM efforts in all markets.
This is a new role providing a fantastic opportunity to be part of shaping the future of Sellpy's customer engagement and retention. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing our customer communication to create even better customer experiences.You are a self-starter and a doer with strong analytical skills, focussed on finding smart ways to optimize our customer communication.
You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer.
What you will do:
• Develop in-depth understanding for what drives user retention and leverage those insights in order to grow number of returning buyers and sellers
• Work together with our Commercial teams to create engaging and smart customer communication throughout Sellpy's customer journeys for both buyers and sellers
• Continuously improve our CRM in all markets
• Work together with Product to improve on the customer experience and key moments in the customer journeys
• Communicate customer insights to the Chief Commercial Officer and Commercial Leads and work together to leverage those insights
Your qualifications:
• 1-3 years of CRM, Customer Experience or Business Development experience
• Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement through strong analytical thinking
• Great written communication skills
• Creative solutions driven mindset, with a *get shit done* attitude
• Strong customer service orientation
• Fluent in English and Swedish
We are impressed if you have:
• Relevant experience in consumer service or e-commerce CRM
• Fluency in another European language
• Experience in Intercom or other CRM software
