CRM Manager

Lynk & Co is seeking a CRM Manager who will be the business owner of our CRM system in order to meet the business objectives. You will proactively drive the development of the customer base through analytics and data driven activities. Further you will be responsible for segmentation of our customers in the CRM system and make sure that the system is utilized in a correct and effective manner throughout the organization.

Since we are in the process of building our organization your fist task will be to drive the build, development and execution of the CRM system from a business perspective together with the Business Technology department.

Since Lynk & Co aims to engage and reward people for taking active part of the brand it is also within the CRM Manager's role to drive the building and implementation of the Lynk & Co Rewards program.

In order to be successful in this position you will have vast experience within the field of CRM, CRM System implementation and loyalty program management. You have experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sales Force and Adobe campaign.

If you also possess a creative but structured mindset with a good feel for project management in combination with a positive spirit and strong team player skills you have the key characteristics we are looking for in this recruitment.

The position is based in Gothenburg with a global responsibility, which will involve some travelling.



Responsibilities and tasks include

- Overall responsibility for analyzing and optimizing the customer base.
- Perform development, test and follow up of the CRM system.
- Responsible for the segmentation of the Lynk &Co customers in the CRM system
- Decide the CRM platform, how to best structure the platform to ensure it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle and needs from the organization.
- Build and secure a CRM reporting structure, and implement a follow - up structure.
- Be the project owner of the design, build and implementation of the Lynk & Co Rewards program.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM and Rewards systems works smooth for all aspects of the company.
