The Vattenfall Staff Function IT is an international unit within the Vattenfall Group. As a full service IT provider, our goal is to be the best of the best when it comes to delivering efficient IT services and solutions. Our array of services ranges from process and application consulting to software solution development/implementation projects and the operation of application systems. Some 1,400 employees located in Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands and Poland contribute daily to our international business success in the three organisational segments IT demand, IT supply and Group IT. Business specific IT - Customer Solution, is part of IT Supply. Our responsibility is to deliver and develop business critical IT services to the core business processes of Vattenfall and secure full business alignment. We are supporting entire process from metering to cash based on mySAP system suite.
The Swedish organisation is managed in five teams, Project & Release, Reporting & Market Data Exchange, CRM Solutions, Billing Solutions, Architecture & Solution Design and Project Management Office to secure professional delivery of all our projects. We are now in an expansive phase and are looking for CRM functional Architects.
Job description
As functional architect you will be working within our CRM team within Customer Solution Sweden. The position requires deep knowledge of SAP CRM, and preferable also acquaintances of IS-U. As an architect you will be involved through the whole system development lifecycle with both maintenance and projects.
You should be able to work with the business units to understand their requirements, and translate these into efficient and clear technical specifications. Basic management skills are also needed to manage and coordinate development and implementation.
Education and qualifications
University degree is preferable or recognized degree in relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years experience from SAP is a requirement
At least 1-2 years experience from Customer Service area and CRM
The ability to, on your own, investigate and solve specific problems within the area, both related to configuration, ABAP, extensions, customer specific programs and similar.
The ability to, based on a specified requirement, identify the system areas involved, specify the necessary changes and implement the changes, independent of the technical solution.
General IT architecture experience is also a requirement.
Fluent in English both written and oral spoken.
As a person you have ability to work well in a team of functional consultants, developers and business people and you have very good communication skills.
It is also desirable that you have
Experience from other functional modules than SAP CRM, like Billing, PM and SD.
Basic ABAP.
Knowledge of the electricity market.
Location You will be based in Stockholm in Råcksta until Sept 2012 when Vattenfall moves to Arenastaden in Solna. You need to be able to work independently in an international team that meets more virtually than physically.
