BAT SWEDEN IS LOOKING FOR A CRM EXECUTIVE

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The position is based in our ambitious and dynamic Brand Activation team in Malmö.
The team
Being at the forefront of the business, the role of the Brand Activation team is to ensure a seamless development and delivery of activation plans. It is essential that BAT can follow the shoppers throughout the entire journey, recommend activation strategies in accordance with the consumer trends and drive the transformation of Brand Activation.

You will help deliver our strategy of shifting the business from a traditional tobacco company to a provider of next generation nicotine products. As our new colleague in the Brand Activation team, you will be working with fellow passionate and creative marketing professionals. We are a dynamic team who work hard towards the same goal. The job
You will support our Brand Activation team by driving and optimizing activation through our CRM-platforms. This entails developing email blast for our consumer segments and always on journeys. You will be working closely with the Ecommerce team, Brand team, the data analyst, creative agencies, and our Legal team to ensure communication is optimized. It is essential that BAT transforms Activation within the Swedish market to customize the communication to the consumers throughout their journey, to ensure relevant content for the individual. It is necessary to continuously drive this part of Activation, to ensure best in class plans for today and the future.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Implementing CRM Strategy
Develop direct to consumer communication (primarily emails) through salesforce
Collaborate with business analyst and IT to create strong digital platforms
Use of optimization tools to ensure optimal email setup for different
Identify and raise issues impacting the execution of strategic / operational / project plans.
A&B Testing to optimize costumer engagement through email.
Management of relationship with agency's for D2C assets creation
Development of entrepreneurial spirit

Key skills needed in these roles:
Hands on experience with operating in CRM systems
Hands on experience with executing email campaigns and segmentation
Hands on experience with Salesforce marketing cloud is considered an advantage
Strong understanding of key marketing principles: consumer needs and journey, user experience, target audience, etc. tools.
Passionate about digital marketing and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Excellent understanding of market and consumer / shopper dynamics
Project management experience
Proactive and self- starter attitude
Structured with strong communication skills
Advanced Excel and Power Point user
Able to perform under pressure and in a fast-changing environment
Ability to navigate complex global organisations
Ability to communicate, translate and educate the organisation on CRM
Strong stakeholder management
Fluency in spoken and written English

BENEFICIAL
Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
Experience from the FMCG industry will be an advantage.
