Analytical CRM is one of If Private?s strategic focus areas. The Nordic CRM organisation is responsible for developing customer lifetime models, electronic and traditional direct marketing as well as lead generation for telesales.
Your main tasks include developing new customer relationship management solutions in close co-operation with our IT and data warehouse departments. You will also be responsible for maintaining the quality of your existing solutions. Especial focus will be on further developing the usage of electronic channels in customer communications and building novel solutions that exploit our new data warehouse. Your daily work will include both working with understanding of new business needs, creating business requirements and implementing technical solutions.
This role will give you the possibility to be part of developing customer relationship management processes and database marketing, to show your competence as a professional of analysis and databases as well as building a career in a dynamic and Nordic environment.
This position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Some travelling in the Nordic countries will be required.
• Excellent skills in SQL, preferable on a Teradata data warehouse platform, and experience in working with large data volumes
• Experience in at least one CRM tool, for example Teradata Relationship Manager (TRM)
• Experience in developing Enterprise data warehouse solutions
• Experience from technical solving of small or medium-sized business challenges (identifying problem and defining solution, making definitions, implementing solution)
• Experience from electronic customer communication
• Independent, positive attitude and solution oriented
• Excellent written and oral English skills
• Excellent written and oral skills in one of the Nordic languages
