The arena
Customer Relations & Logistics (CR&L) are accountable for managing Supply to Customer and establish new supply to Customer. The Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is an active member of these processes, operating mainly on a tactical level. The products managed by CRM's include Sweden OPS product portfolio supplied to customers across all regions.
As CRM you have the supply chain understanding and skills to see the whole picture, independently identifying opportunities and issues, contributing to the resolutions. The CRM will ensure excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, you will have daily interactions with customers globally as well as with functions within Sweden OPS ie Planning, QA, Project Management, Finance & Distribution Center. A key part of the role is stakeholder management, acting as the voice of the customer within Swe OPS and as Swe OPS voice to the customers. As the contacts include a wide range of customers, in a variety of countries and cultures including more senior stakeholder, communication is of great importance and a key to success. An important part in the role is to build, maintain and develop relations. The role leads and/or participates in projects locally or globally. You will also contribute to the LEAN agenda within Customer Relations & Logistics, driving process simplification and improvement initiatives.
The work is executed in a global high-paced environment, with strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with other roles. The nature of the role with a high number of contacts requires the ability to be flexible and constantly prioritise and make assessments on where time best is spent in order to operate effectively in the role.
The role
Principal accountabilities:
Lead or represent CR&L in local and/or global projects (NPI, Transfer projects, Business improvements, Distribution)
Represent CR&L in E2E forums by close collaboration with planning teams driving performance and process improvements.
Contribute to introduction of new external customers.
