Job Description
You are part of our Customer Engagement Team in the Customer Experience Department, working globally with our all our markets and with the common goal to optimize the costumer experience to drive long term loyalty. As a CRM Business Developer, your main responsibility is to develop Lindex business within the CRM area, i.e. how to increase the value of Lindex customers. The assignment comprehends development in processes for recruiting, enrichment of customer profiles, engagement and loyalty based on deep insight about customer experience. You work in an agile way with the CRM backlog to generate business and customer value, in close co-operation with Lindex IT or other development teams.
Examples of your work tasks: act as project manager for various CRM projects, for example developing the loyalty program concept, personalization, optimize usage of the CRM eco-system (mainly Adobe campaign) and to take responsibility for and actions to ensure Lindex compliancy to GDPR.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Relevant university degree in BA, economics, statistics, database or similar
Work experience from a position in CRM and retail, where you have acquired business development skills
Work experience from project management, especially projects involving IT development
Experience in agile methodology and tools
Advanced skills in CRM related system such as Adobe campaign or equivalent
Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious: Experience and understanding of databases and data modeling
To succeed in this role you have a strong passion CRM, you are driven by customer insight to deliver a great customer experience. You have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and managing your time to meet set deadlines. Since you will be working in close collaboration with other departments we think that it is important that you are a team player and that you are open minded.
