We are now helping iZettle find not only one but two awesome copywriters to join the Creatives team. One that will be working as the customer guardian with the CRM team being the person that understand the customer perspective. The other one will be working on everything surrounding the products with Product Marketing as the most important stakeholder. Both of them will focus on how to create copy that makes complicated things simple, elegant and lively.
As a copywriter at iZettle you breathe and live their tone of voice. You'll be the main creator of copy for either the customer relationship communication or the product marketing, coming up with and communicate big ideas interestingly with character and wit, whether it's a three-word headline or a long-email/FAQ. You will set best practices and co-create guidelines for copywriting together with the rest of the team.
Who are you then? A wizard with words, have a knack for executing on creative concepts and are ready and willing to share your wisdom with the team. Fluent in English and of course you have excellent grammatical, writing and editorial skills. Because that is what you will be doing, write, write, write. You have been working across both online and offline media channels and understand technical content.
And where are you know? Probably at an ad, creative or in-house agency. Or somewhere on the other side of the table where your passion and skills for words are a part of your everyday work life.
