Rebtel is looking for a CRM Coordinator
Do you want to learn and grow in a challenging and multifaceted role? We're looking for a jack of all trades that will balance creative, social and technical responsibilities.
The Role
You'd be joining the team (currently a team of one!) responsible for all communication with existing users. Our goal is to ensure users understand our products, our features, our app, our notifications and any promotions we send out.
You will design and launch marketing campaigns, create and maintain complex automations, coordinate with different teams and analyse data. You won't be on your own, but you will be working independently and taking responsibility for your own projects. You'll often be the go-to person for colleagues from other teams.
The responsibility
Maintenance and development of onboarding, multiservice and retention automations.
Creation, coordination, launch and follow-up of commercial campaigns.
A/B testing different creative approaches to promotions.
Data analysis & creation and maintenance of dashboards.
Maintaining the FAQ.
Modifying HTML for campaign purposes (no previous experience required)
What we seek
Clear, concise and accurate written communication in English.
You can figure out and set up complex systems with many interdependencies.
Fast learner. You can learn on your own and ask questions as needed.
Detail oriented. You'll be setting up campaigns that will reach a very large audience, and small mistakes can make a big difference.
Comfortable with creating and interpreting graphs.
Organized - organizing time, tasks, coordinating between people.
Additional appreciated experience
Additional languages, especially French or Spanish
HTML & CSS
Familiarity with Braze
Familiarity with Looker
SQL
Experience with troubleshooting/problem solving
Photoshop
