The CRM Channel Specialist sits in the CRM team and is responsible for strategically and operationally coordinating campaigns and CRM communication journeys. The Lynk & Co CRM team operates in the email, SMS, push, and in-car channels. Working closely with the CRM Manager and local market teams, you are responsible for both securing and creating journeys and messages in our CRM platform.
CRM Channel Specialist
You will be aligning with the marketing and local teams to ensure that the customer is put first in the communication and that the outbound communication is coherent. As part of your job you will be involved with multiple stakeholders within Lynk & Co to provide continuous feedback on improvements in the marketing automation tool, but ultimately secure that the campaigns and communication journeys are anchored in CRM and marketing strategy.
The role reports to the CRM Manager, in the Growth & Retention Team. This position can be based in Amsterdam or Gothenburg.
What you'll do
• Organize and prioritize incoming requests for the CRM team
• Plan and oversee the creation and implementation of campaigns and communication journeys
• Oversee and validate campaigns and communication journeys before going live
• Align with the CRM Manager to ensure that CRM activities are aligned with company strategy and targets
• Work together with our CRM Analyst to manage reporting of CRM initiatives
• Oversee governance processes for decentralized teams using the CRM platform
What you'll bring
• A hands-on/can-do attitude - CRM is a small team with a lot of possibilities to grow, which means wearing a lot of hats
• A minimum of 3 years or more of relevant experience in CRM
• Experience in omnichannel communication journeys
• Experience in working with a CRM / Marketing automation tool (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
• Excellent in stakeholder management
