What you'll do

As a CRM Business Development Manager you will be a key member of our B2B CRM team. We are a cross functional group of people within strategy, communication, marketing automation, data and analytics. Our mission is to ensure loyalty, value and retention of our existing customers by securing and growing our business through upsell, cross sell, loyalty and anti-churn initiatives. Main focus is on digital transformation to create the next generation data driven marketing and sales, by enabling personalised customer interactions in our sales channels and digital platforms through data and customer insights.

We are now looking for a driven person who is passionate about data, sales and business development to join us on our transformation journey. As a CRM Business Development Manager you will be an integral part of our digital transformation and in securing and growing our revenues on existing business customers. In your role you are responsible for setting the strategy and leading projects within business and sales development as well as analysis and continuous optimisation of related activities. You are responsible for creating, optimising and making available customer insights data and personalised sales recommendations in sales channels and digital customer interaction platforms such as apps and self-service portals.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

* Create and execute on the CRM strategy with regards to our NBA (Next Best Action) program, i.e. personalised sales recommendations based on data and analytics to maintain and grow existing business
* Create, lead and manage all aspects of a project (from identifying opportunities to implementing and securing results)
* Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while prioritising to balance the available opportunities and resources to maximise business benefits
* Analyse data to identify insights and innovative solutions that help the business
* Continuous follow-up, analysis and optimisation of projects and activities
* Close collaboration with CRM strategists and data scientists, sales, digital channels, IT and business management

Your performance will be evaluated based on project success KPI: s and KPI: s related to conversion on upsell, cross sell, and retention activities as well as more general CLV (Customer Life Cycle) KPI: s such as ARPU, ARPA and churn. You will report directly to and work alongside with the B2B CRM Manager.

You have great analytical skills and problem solving skills, as well as a self-motivated and autonomous working style. You are comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks and can see the overall picture without losing attention to details. You have strong project management skills and experience from leading projects with many stakeholders across teams and functions. Your work is guided by a great appetite for learning and a curiosity about understanding our customers and sales, and you are a true team player with good ability to cooperate.

We also see that you fill the following requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or higher within Business, Engineering, Marketing or similar
* 2+ years' experience from working with business development, CRM, sales, business controlling (close to sales), strategy or similar
* Fluent in Swedish and business English
* Great skills within Microsoft Office such as powerpoint and excel
