hela Sverige Adecco Student is now looking for 4 analytical, structured and capable students who will function as Crisis Management Coordinators
As a Crisis Management Coordinator you will work as the coordinator of assignments in the operative time horizon. The main task will be to coordinate and analyze data. You will work closely with local supply sites. You will compile, analyze and prepare data and presentations. The role has a wide connection to different parts of the organization and requires an ability to secure a broad contact network.
The work will include activities such as:
Coordination of data
Keeping track of escalated material and top demandPreparing project documents and reports (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Handling large amounts of information
Supporting market regional coordinators with material, instructions and guidelines
Reviewing and following up on upcoming demand or material escalations from market regions
Organizing follow up meetings
Drive performance work to develop the current process.
Qualifications
Completed/ongoing University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent work experience
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Power Point and Word
Structural, analytical and good communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong drive and result focused
