We are looking for a Crew Coordinator to our team.
Duties:
The Crew Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of crew in close cooperation with the vessels, company management and manning agencies.
Daily duties include day to day crew administration, overview of crew travel activities, planning of crew on our three cruise vessels and ensuring manning agents are providing agreed service. The crew coordinator is also handling crew payrolls and assists with crew claims.
Your Profile:
We are looking for an efficient and organized person with good social ability and fluent in English, Ukrainian & Russian. Knowledge in Tagalog language is seen as a merit. We are looking for someone with previous experience from shipping, preferably cruise segment- ashore and/or onboard. Previous experience from position as a purser onboard an expedition cruise vessel is a valuable merit.

About the company
Salén Ship Management office is situated in central Gothenburg where approx. 10 persons are based. We are responsible for technical and operational management for three expedition cruise vessels engaged in worldwide operation.
