Description of responsibilities:
Finance SSC Stockholm is part of Global SSC Management at Ericsson AB. The scope of Credit to Cash services is Banking, Accounts Receivables. Today we are providing services to several Local Companies.
Finance SSC Stockholm is an international organization, where we take pride in delivering high quality services in a changing and challenging environment. As a team member Credit to Cash you will manage activities according to the standard Service.
Description and approved deviations in terms of scope, time and quality. This means for example; Handle and follow up on incoming payments, maintain accounts receivable, perform cash collection (external/internal), bank accounting, prepare manual payments. Plan, prepare and execute all closing activities. Prepare material asked by external auditors & Execute SOX key controls.
Description of qualifications:
You are a service minded, self driven and a structured team player. You work pro-actively and you always take responsibility. You put focus on achieving results on time and with quality. You have excellent social skills, ability to communicate, build and maintain a contact network.
You have excellent skills in English; both in conversation and writing. You got a Bachelor of Business Administration or other education and equivalent experience. Good knowledge of Accounting & Reporting and of the Financial System SAP.
