hela Sverige Are you interested in credit risk and want to collaborate with colleagues across the organisation? This role will give you the opportunity to work with interesting topics within credit risk, sustainability, and lending transformation.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Participate in the development of a proper and adequate credit framework
• Implement new and updated credit regulations and design adequate processes
• Be involved in the lending digitalisation journey and secure the implementation of a sound credit governance
• Participate in large scale multi-discipline projects
• Lead the development of process development with basis on new and changed credit regulations or to improve risk management
• Be part of a team with experts in credit regulations, ESG and credit process development
What is needed in this role:
• Bachelor 's or Master 's degree within finance, technical field, or law
• Ability to handle miscellaneous ad-hoc and problem-solving tasks spanning over the credit risk domain
• Drive and willingness to learn and develop with a solution-oriented mindset
• Experience from credit risk or credit business is highly meriting
• Experience from similar role such as management consultant, business developer, product manager, Epic-owner or similar
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
