Would you like to be able to influence the future of credit processes and deliver customer value? We are now looking for a Credit Project Manager to drive change in Group Credit Management, also the end-to-end credit processes, compliance and governance.
Be part of the automation agenda, supported by a solid data foundation, deliver compliance in a way that adds customer/business value and efficiency.

As the Credit Project Manager, you will play a valuable role in creating value in a complex environment, were many opportunities can be harvested by having the customer in focus supporting digitalisation, automation and value creation, this supported by your creativity, structure and never give up mindset.
What you will be doing:
* Defining governance in change, structuring roles, responsibilities and activities
* Executing change, creating transparency of status and predictable deliveries
* Involve the organisation through team work and collaboration
* Asking and giving feedback to continuously improve people, processes, tools and deliveries
We are a small team driving change and nurturing change leadership.
Who you are
We are looking for a Change Leader with a structured and analytical approach to management who excel in planning and problem solving. You should be a reliable, result-driven, self-starter, who is well organised, have a knack for both being in the details and seeing the full picture. You are a born leader, well versed in project management best practises and methods. Experience with Credit management is a strong merit.
You are a fast learner and a strong communicator. Ideally, you like to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment, meeting tight deadlines. You are determined and never take "no" for an answer. You take pride in delivering in time and love challenges. You like to enthusiasm people, coach and support them. You can both cooperate in a pragmatic way and make demands.
You are prepared to invest yourself in the role, to grow and give what it takes. We value your personality and that you have the right leadership approach. You need to know MS Project or other planning tools (Excel is not enough for this position). English written/spoken communication skills are necessary, as well as the ability to work independently and as a team member. Fluent written and spoken English is expected.

Your experience and background:
* Project Management certification (IPMA B or PMP)
* SAFe certification (or similar)
* University degree
* Credit risk management is a good merit
