As Credit Manager you will be responsible for the performance of the entire credit portfolio across the entirety of Ellos Group.

You will build and optimize credit templates across all active markets and ensure that we strike the optimum balance between acceptance rates and credit losses. As part of this role you will also be responsible for fraud losses, setting the strategy for, and managing our in house fraud operations. As a Credit Manager you will also be responsible for, and manage, our day to day relationship with all our credit and fraud partners.

Key responsibilities:

- Design, develop and optimize credit scorecards for each brand and country
- Manage relationship towards credit and fraud suppliers
- Using analytics to produce a credit limit increase/decrease strategy
- Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead on new and emerging technologies within credit and fraud
- Provide recommendations on new tools for the team
- Examining processes/implementing change/driving best practice
- Set strategic plan for fraud management
- Manage and support the in house fraud team
- Provide monthly MI on performance and trends of the credit portfolio.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of our credit processes

Skills:

- University degree, preferably in finance and/or other relevant field
- Experience of creating and developing credit scorecards, preferably within consumer finance
- Experience of managing credit in an evolving high pressure environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of credit- related regulations
- Proficiency in English and Swedish language
- Strong analytical skills
- Result- and detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work and lead others in a dynamic, fast moving environment
