ArK is a precision financing company that empowers technology businesses to grow faster by utilising its artificial intelligence platform AIM. AIM uses big data and machine learning to analyse and predict companies current and future performance to be used as a foundation for our frontier credit decision making. ArK also shares daily updates of its analytics and insights in a borrower dashboard and through rest APIs for continuous business optimization.
Credit Investment Professional (senior and junior)
As a credit investment professional at ArK, you will be working with credit analysis, structuring, negotiation and underwriting of non-dilutive and customised loan products to our customer base of fast-growing tech companies. To your support, you will have a go-getter sales team, a very experienced and professional structuring team (which you will be part of) and last but not least, AIM and our best-in-class data scientists.
We are looking for both senior and junior credit investment professionals and daily tasks will be reflected by your seniority. We always aim high, so regardless of seniority, you can expect a steep learning curve with incremental increases in underwriting responsibility.
Apart from being part of an agile team of other credit investment professionals, you will work closely with sales, product management and our credit officers. As a small but fast growing FinTech company, ArK has a culture of innovation and tech enthusiasm.
Who are you?

Relevant experience from e.g., leveraged finance, structured finance, venture capital, venture debt, M&A, DCM or credit analysis roles
