In the role as Credit Controller at Stena Line, you are responsible for some of the ledgers, and you interact with our customer to make sure we receive payment in time. The role also provides the opportunity to collaborate with various colleagues across Stena Line Group, fostering a strong team environment.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Cooperate and support concerning new customers, creditworthiness, payment terms and credit limits
• Monitor risk customers and check available credit information
• Dialog with customers and proactive follow the market
• Incoming payments
• Direct debits
• Intercompany/Netting
• Reconciliation of customer ledger and suspense accounts
• Month end closing and reporting
• Other projects
What you will experience
Our department, Credit Management, handle all incoming payments from cash/credit card and invoices at Stena Line. As a Credit Controller you will be a part of our Accounts Receivable team. The team consists of 13 colleagues who are placed together at our headquarter in Gothenburg.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor 's Degree in economics/finance or equivalent
• 5 years' work experience as a Credit Controller
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken (German is a plus too!)

This is a full-time, permanent position from 1st of September 2024, based in Gothenburg within our Finance department.
