The division focuses on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training.
This position will provide valuable experience within credit controlling, and will also give knowledge of and exposure to the exciting field of mining and construction industry. It covers 4 divisions within Mining and Rock excavation Business Area, and their interfaces with customers? investments in and maintenance of equipment. Position will report to Business Controller for Mining and Rock Excavation Service (MRS) in Orebro, and involves many interpersonal interfaces with primarily finance, marketing, and shipping functions in the product companies and distributions centers as well as among customer centers.
Mission
To manage credit risk at Product Company and Distribution Center entities in Orebro (Sweden) and Garland/Allen (United States) and Nanjing (Republic of China) for the divisions Mining and Rock excavation Service (MRS), Surface and Exploration Drilling (SED), Underground Rock Excavation (URE), and Drilling Solutions (ADS)
To ensure high quality in credit management analysis, activities, communication, and reporting.
To maintain and develop policies and procedures within credit management as well as support from business system and other application support for credit control.
This is accomplished via rigorous process and data analysis, creation and automation of business system requirements and effective project management.

Experience requirements
2-5 years of relevant experience from credit controlling or business controlling.
Knowledge
• Solid understanding of credit control principles and instruments
• Global company structures
• Project management
• Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
• Fluent in English
Educational requirements
University degree in Business Administration, preferably within financial analysis or a related field.
