We are now searching for a candidate to a big international Company, see below.
The Finance and Administration function is responsible for financial performance, key financial indicators, monitoring, analysis and
reporting. As one of the employees have gotten a new position within the team the Company are now searching for a new member to the Credit
and Collection team. As a member of the C&C team you'll have an important role in both internal and external contacts related to
payments. As the team is small, everyone will work as back up for each others. This position gives you a great opportunity to work with
all Nordic countries and experience a new function at the Company. We are looking for a junior candidate who in the future will have the
opportunity to grow within our finance department.
Main Responsibilities
• Open and maintain customer numbers
• Post Finnish trade partner payments
• Dunning
• Interest invoicing
• Order release
• Collection firm
• Create and approve payment plans and dealing with
collection and bankruptcies in accordance with our credit policy
• Open Finnish service partners as vendors
Other task
• Make AR forecast and reporting
• Send invoice files
• VAT issues and other problem customer
numbers
• Backup for the switch board and C&C phone
calls
Qualifications
• University degree within Finance/Business Administration
• Experience from working in a finance department
• Basic Computer skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills as well as team work capability
• Fluent in Finnish. Good knowledge in Swedish and English in writing and speech.
