Epidemic Sound is looking for a motivated Creator Marketing Coordinator who is a native user of social media to join their team in Stockholm. At Epidemic Sound they are reinventing the music industry. Their carefully curated catalog, with over 35,000 tracks, is tailored for storytellers, streaming services, and in-store soundtracks. Countless clients around the world, from broadcasters, production companies, DSPs, and YouTubers rely on their tracks to help them tell their stories. Epidemic Sound's music is heard in hundreds of millions of online videos daily, across millions of playlist streams, and in thousands of in-store locations.
Now they are looking for a Creator Marketing Coordinator to join their team of five colleagues. You will get the opportunity to work in a broad role with various tasks and be responsible for coordinating campaigns and meetings, following up and tracking the hard metrics such as clicks and views, as well as soft metrics from the clients, and presenting these reports to stakeholders.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
On a daily basis, you will focus on follow up on campagins, create reports and analyze campaign results. You will be in contact globally with the team abroad and in Sweden and coordinate both campaigns and meetings. Following will be your primary tasks,
• Create landing pages, coordinate creator albums and playlists together with the music- and creative team.
• Manage and develop the process of how you track hard metrics and create campagins links.
• Manage and track soft metrics and performance, for example conversion rate.
• Manage inventory and organization of all campaign briefs and information in Salesforce
• Create weekly reports to team and stakeholders, also send monthly data to external agency.
• Act as a support in coordinating smaller productions when they're involved in the campaign.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• 1 year of experience from Influencer Marketing or similar
• A native user of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Snapchat, Tiktok and Twitter.
• Previous Experience in using Airable, Trello or similar project management tool
• A university- or college degree in Marketing or other similar education
• Very good English since you'll be in contact daily with your global team and clients
It's a merit if you have
• Experience or knowledge in Salesforce
• Agency experience
• Experience in collaborating with third-party digital marketing and analytics platforms/tools
As a person you are
• Cooperative
• Adaptable
• Structured
You are also responisble and a fast learner. You have an eye for administrative tasks and is happy to learn new things. It is important that you have good collaborating skills since you will be communicating and collaborating both internally and externally.

• Start: As soon as Possible
• Work extent: Fulltime, until 1 of January 2024 with a possibility to be extended after this.
• Location: Södermalm, Stockholm
