Now we are bringing the boutique mindset with us and applying it on a global scale, with full-service digital agency offerings that span the world. We are looking for talented, experienced, roll-up-your-sleeves, hands-on Web Developers to join the Stockholm team. As an Fi Web Developer, your primary focus will be building and implementing high-quality user interfaces. You will work closely alongside a team of Designers and Application Developers on each project, ensuring each pixel is visually and interactively perfect.
Our Web Developers are responsible for the look and feel of the end product ? a serious consideration here at Fi. Beyond the obvious characteristics, such as being detail-oriented and passionate about problem-solving, we are looking for Web Developers who are natural leaders who will push to improve a project even beyond our rigorous QA process (FiQ).
What we need:
Experienced front-end developers especially those with HTML(5) experience, are a priority for us right now, and we know you are out there. You might be an experienced Flash developer who loves motion graphics and has played around with HTML5 or experimented with it in smaller projects. Or, you are a HTML/CSS/ JavaScript developer with a passion for front-end. Or you are both! Lastly, skilled back-end developers should not hesitate to apply; we are looking for you also!
For HTML experts, we think you fit the following profile:
Knowledge & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3+ years experience from an interactive agency or a similar setting
• Experience in hand-coding XHTML pages
• Extensive knowledge of CSS
• Several years of commercial development experience
• JavaScript library such as jQuery, Prototype, Dojo or similar
Merited Experiences:
• Server side scripting languages: PHP, ASP, JSP, Ruby, Python (incl. OOP design patterns)
• Java, C#/.Net, C++
• Public API?s such as Flickr, Google maps or Facebook
• Working in the Eclipse IDE
• Mobile application development
It is imperative that our ideas, design and technology forefront the digital space, keeping our agency the key choice for brand leaders. In turn, our work requires time to focus on the details and ideas, which suits the Fi employee. We are looking for our applicants to impress; how you present your history, portfolio and skill set is as important as the content.
