About the position
The primary focus of this role is to replace the main marketing principal who will be off work for maternity leave. In the time of her absence there will be a prepared agenda to follow, and there will be persons available for mentoring and coaching. This is therefore a fixed-term employment from April 2022 to March 2023, but there may be possible for you to continue your work with us after that!
So, what will you do? Your overall responsibilities will include:
• Manage and coordinate our company's marketing plan.
• Execute and follow-up on existing plan that has been defined by our Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist.
• Make sure planned activities are done in a timely fashion, update and follow-up on predefined KPI's, and make sure that planned activities stay in budget.
Your daily tasks will consist of (but not be limited) to:
• Act on the existing marketing plan which includes a set of planned activities month by month.
• Execute on marketing activities, campaigns, social media updates.
• Act as the main contact person with external agencies.
• Act as a key stakeholder in the commercial team and align with sales representatives in and outside Sweden.

Must Have
• Around 1-2 years' work experience within marketing.
• Some experience for managing social media accounts including content creation.
• Experience of email marketing.
• Adobe software suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Meritorious
• Experience within a B2B context.
• Experience in marketing automation.
