About the Role:
As the Creative Director at App Shack, you'll not only drive and enhance the creative dynamics of our projects but also elevate App Shack's brand vision. You'll set the creative strategies together with the design team, work towards innovative directions, and take a seat in our extended management team. If you're passionate about leading with vision, inspiring creativity, and bringing the best out of every design, then we're looking for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary creative leadership to our talented design team.
Work with clients to comprehend their requirements and devise creative solutions.
Collaborate with multiple departments to guarantee project completion within the set timeline and budget.
Stay informed about the latest trends in UI/UX design.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, strategists and developers, to deliver integrated and creative solutions.
Develop and uphold design standards and processes.
Mentor and foster growth in junior designers.
Engage operationally in client projects ensuring the pinnacle of creativity and functionality.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in UI/UX design.
Proven track record of leading and overseeing creative teams.
Deep understanding of digital products and user experience.
Superlative communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive and collaborative relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
An impressive portfolio showcasing creative and forward-thinking design skills.
Astute analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
