We are now looking for a Creative Designer in the Creative Design department!
Description
The Creative Designer primarily creates and develops complete design proposals according to the company's design philosophy and brand character but also Marketing, Design and Production conditions.
In general, responsible for design from idea to finished model.
The role as a Creative Designer involves
- Create and develop complete design proposals according to design brief and project constraints.
- To work with design proposals ranging from initial concept work through to final production execution.
- Issuing instructions for modelling work and responsibility for results fulfilling design targets. This means close collaboration with both modellers and technicians.
- Both internal and external contact interfaces and attend to relevant meetings.
- Preparing and organising exhibitions and displays. Participating in or assisting at presentations if required.
- Monitoring the serial design process and responsibility in consultation with NUFO leader for models/ NUFOs supplied maintaining the right quality.
- Produce detailed design solutions fulfilling complex technical criteria.
We are looking for someone who has:
- University degree in transportation design.
- Relevant experience in the work area, 3-5 years.
- Good knowledge of CAD 3D design process and software such as Alias, polygon modeling and photoshop.
- Have a portfolio of earlier work samples that supports any creative or technical claims in CV.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Good communication skills, visual and verbal.
- Good planning skills and deliver on time.
- Contribute to a creative and open minded atmosphere.
- Independent, confident as well as good team player.
