We 're looking for a new Creative Content Manager. This role plays a central part in our new ways of working - that means going from an ordering culture to cross functional collaborations, aiming to provide stakeholders with creative development as well as production to increase growth.

The Creative Content Manager is responsible of increasing sales and awareness providing the whole company with marketing activities, as well as content for an excellent customer experience. You challenge and optimize our ways of working, making sure we are doing the right things. You promote and educate the internal audience on growth milestones and key initiatives.
We expect you to:
• Be a key person in projects related to brand, graphic- and content development & production
• Execute brand architecture and visual identity
• Secure that we have one brand experience, one look and feel cross products and markets
• Build awareness, recognition and brand equity
• Manage the creative production team containing of graphic designers, copy writers and video producers
• Delivering high-quality brand concepts, campaigns and advertising materials for the whole company
To be successful in this role you need to understand our business goals and collaborate well with several stakeholders within the whole company. We believe that you have several years experience from leading a team. The Creative Content Manager will play a central role in developing a "one customer experience" aiming to increase sales as well as brand awareness. You will report to Head of Marketing & Digital sales.
You are fluent in at least one Nordic language and in English, both in speech and writing. If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.
