APM Terminals is the global terminal operating arm of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group. APM Terminals operates a Global Terminal Network of 76 operating port and terminal facilities and 117 Inland Services operations in 59 countries around the globe.
We offer: The work consists of electrical and mechanical maintenance, repair and troubleshooting on, primarily cranes, but also on other terminal equipment. You will also be involved in remodeling projects, digitization of APM Terminals' machinery and plant fleet. The work is largely carried out outdoors and at high altitudes. The position is a permanent employment and currently follows a rolling schedule with varied working hours. As we are a global company, there is a lot of exchange of experience with other terminals around the world. You will be part of a wonderful team with broad skills and good cohesion. No days are the same and the variety at work is great.
We are looking for: You have at least 3 years of upper secondary education in electrical installation, automation technology or have other education and experience that is considered equivalent.
We believe that you have 3-5 years of experience in operation and maintenance work in the industry and a good ability to read drawings and knowledge in documentation management. Furthermore, you are an experienced user of PLC systems. You have broad expertise in drive technology (frequency converters, AC / DC motors), Siemens S7-300 / 400, ABB AC500 S.
Merit is if you have experience of field buses, especially Profinet, Profibus, CAN and if you have worked with Siemens Masterdrive, Sinamics S120 and / or Danfoss FC30. In addition, it is good if you have participated in projects and run smaller remodeling and improvement projects yourself, and if you have your own electrical qualifications.
You have a good analytical ability to handle operation and maintenance problems and the ability to adapt to prevailing circumstances, think and act outside the "box". We see that you are driven, goal-oriented and with a high awareness of quality and a sense of service. We assume that you are easy to work with at the same time as you can also plan and work independently when required. As a person, you are stable, honest and have no problems making your own decisions and coming up with your own initiatives for solutions. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish as well as in English. B driving license is a requirement.
