Brief description of the company:
The International English School in Eskilstuna is an independent school with students in Grades 4 - 9. The school is housed in a charming historical building close to the centre of town and the railway station. Half of the tuition is in English and the remainder in Swedish. Description of qualifications
Seeking a qualified Craft Teacher able to work with a variety of handcraft techniques and materials including wood, metal and textile. Knowledge in the historical and cultural aspects of crafts is also necessary.
You would be a member of a cooperative, creative educational team that focuses on encouraging the student?s creative thinking and problem solving skills as they create a variety of handicrafts.
You must have a genuine interest in the students development and we welcome previous experience from a similar position. You must be a team player willing to cooperate with others and have an outgoing personality. A sense of humour and willingness to go the extra mile is essential.
Welcome to a working environment characterised by involvement and job satisfaction. Clearance from the police register is essential to be considered for the post.
