We are now looking for an experienced and highly motivated CPQ Program Manager to join us on the mission of strengthening our Strategy and Business Development organization.In this role, you are preferably located at our Head Quarters in Stockholm, while Sandviken or Svedala might also be an option. Some travelling within Europe is a natural part of the assignment.Your mission As CPQ Program Manager, you are responsible for all aspects of the program and you coordinate all our CPQ related development projects - always with set target vision and functionality in mind. You lead the CPQ strategy development for the Business Area in collaboration with key stakeholders. Through engagement with the Process Optimization team, you ensure that end-to-end process development within the program is aligned with solution functionally requirements. You enable successful deliveries in all projects by sharing your expertise in the area with a broad network of stakeholders; creating alignment across our divisions and providing best practices of CPQ as a concept. Your character We are looking for someone with a bachelor's or higher in a relevant field of studies and extensive experience in working with project management in an international environment. You have proven stakeholder management experience, and you have gained substantial knowledge from leading CPQ system or platform implementations within global cross-functional organizations. Since we act on the global stage, you need excellent skills in both written and verbal English. We are fascinated by your personality. You are a problem solver with the ability to multi-task while having a "hands-on" approach when it comes to your work. Setting ambitious goals and providing analyses and reports on your ongoing projects comes natural to you. Your way of working is accurate, systematic, independent and solution-focused, targeting successful delivery and completion of your projects.
