As a CPO in Channels organisation at Swedbank you are responsible for:
• Take an instrumental and strategic role in our channel transformation to continuously modernize the bank and make our customer's lives easier.
• Define the vision, target picture and 1-3 year portfolio roadmap for Common Functions together with the Channels Portfolio Management Team and stakeholders from across the bank and ensure a consolidated Channels IT investment portfolio.
• Take responsibility and execute the committed IT development and maintenance roadmap together with an organisation of approximate 100 experienced colleagues such as product owners, developers, designers, architects and agile process owners in Sweden and the Baltics to deliver on business and customer experience targets and continuously improve omni-channel capabilities.
• Work closely with the Portfolio Management team for planning, strategy, and execution of the 1-3 portfolio roadmap. Participate in prioritization and refinement of Epics and Features for the area of responsibility.
• Lead innovation and provide thought leadership through outlooks and analysis on external driving forces and emerging trends in customer behaviours and digital channel technologies.
• Provide clear governance for Common Functions as well as establishing and coordinating tactical plans, including relevant KPI's, to secure a coherent and exceptional customer experience with transparent follow up and reporting towards top management and key stakeholders, ensuring progress towards the bank's strategic direction.
• Adherence to banks development & governance process and ensure IT services are aligned with the IT strategy, Swedbank Target Architecture and follow up on relevant KPIs and OKRs.
• Contributing to: Concept/Service design, Design system, Component library and Accessibility of our Digital solutions.
• People manager for Domain Architects.

What is needed in this role:
• We are looking for an experienced leader with business mindset and solid understanding of customer experience and technologies and how they enable channel transformation.

• You have experience in Agile development.

• Experience in driving transformation and change management with the ability to set a strategic direction and define target pictures are crucial in this role.

• Manager and leader experience with proven record of building high performing teams.

• You are a proactive, forward leaning and a natural leader that takes responsibility for strategy and execution.

• You are a strong collaborator with both peers, stakeholders and colleagues around the organization to ensure alignment and strong execution to create customer value.

• You are an outstanding networker and communicator with a proven ability to drive change and persuade in decision making - both towards top management and the organization as a whole.

The Digital Solutions Sweden is responsible for digital channels and tools used in digital and assisted channels. The organization will define, orchestrate and enable seamless end-to-end experiences across channels, for customers and employees, independent of where the customer journey begins and continues. This unit contains of two main areas; Channel Platforms and Common Functions.
