Who are we?
Customer Solutions is a part of Volvo CE and responsible for solutions complementing the machine product business such as Attachments, Parts and Services that will improve our customers business. Customer Solutions is globally responsible for the Soft Product Projects within the Volvo Construction Equipment.
Department Business Development within Customer Solutions has the overall responsibility to deliver Soft Product Projects for Volvo CE in line with established targets and decided financial frames.
The Projects cover the whole project scope from the start until the end of the project i.e. the Soft Product is developed and launched together with Volvo CE Sales Regions on the relevant markets for our customers and dealers.
What you will do
Your main role is to be responsible for Soft Product Project(s) and drive the complete project with relevant resources from Technology, Operations, Process & IT and Sales. The resources for these projects are located globally which means that travelling will be required from time to time.
Overall responsibility and accountability to manage soft products projects from feasibility phase, through all phases
until follow-up phase.
Drive projects to deliver defined targets regarding features, quality and cost within defined time frames.
Actively participate and drive the work needed in initiatives aiming to increase efficiency within the project management in the Project office department as a whole.

Profile and Qualifications
Experience from large multinational industrial company
Senior project management skills
Program management skills and experience a plus
Ability to lead global, multicultural and cross-functional teams
Excellent knowledge about project methodologies
Skills in relevant software (MS Project, Score, MS Office)
