Course developer
Description
We are looking for a course developer with a technical background and a genuine interest to convey complex technical and non- technical subjects by applying high pedagogical, communicational and interpersonal skills.
Your Role
An important part of your role is to develop training courses & solutions for the Truck & Bus and Automotive industry. This includes product courses as well as workshop method courses. You will participate in projects as a subject matter expert and have the responsibility to drive, lead and develop competence development courses & solutions according to global standards, agreed plan and expectations.
The role include many interactions with stakeholders such as customers, product management and other business areas within the company. You are a member of the Snap-On Equipment Academy EMEA team and travel regularly between our offices in Göteborg and Örebro, as well as to other sites globally.
To be successful in this role you have extensive experience in course development for classroom training, as well as alternative delivery methods such as e-learning, virtual classroom training and creating tutorial videos. Experience in working with VR and AR for training purpose is a plus.

Required Skills
• Minimum a college degree or more.
• Several years' experience in course development
in an adult learning context.
• Language: Swedish (native) and English (fluent).
Other languages are an advantage.
• Good pedagogical, strong oral and written
communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to explain complex technical and non-
technical subjects.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• Documentation of professional development in
online course design, virtual & traditional
classroom training material and tutorial videos.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects with a
structured work approach.
• Driven, inspiring self-learner with proven
experience as a functional leader.
Desired Skills
• Several years' experience in training delivery.
• Technical knowledge of trucks and especially
wheel alignment and frame repair.
• Technical knowledge from the automotive
industry
The role is based in Göteborg and will require travel.
