hela Sverige We are developing with great speed and new initiatives, and are now facing a challenge within education and training. The challenge does not only concern our own engineers and technical specialists, but also our end users and customers, and therefore we are seeking to increase our training team based from Malmö with an additional experienced trainer.
As the course developer you will work with following tasks:
• Arrange workshops with all stakeholders to identify the content and the objectives for the course development.
• Develop a complete course material for distribution within the EMEAS zone such as:
o Presentations
o Speaker notes
o Workbooks
o Handouts
o Labs
o Trainer guidelines
o Course tests
o Folder structure
• Have a sustainable and good collaboration with the other regional training organizations to find all possible synergies in the global development.
In this position, your main responsibilities as a trainer are to:
• Give technical both classroom and virtual classroom hands-on trainings within the EMEAS zone
• Communication with decision makers at our local markets from a training aspect.
• Communication with our contact people at our local markets when arranging trainings on demand.
• Design and maintenance of the training equipment.
• Be supportive to our customers outside the scope of the specific ongoing training.
• Have a close dialogue with the training administrator/coordinator.
Qualifications required
• Experience in working as a Trainer/Instructor.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in developing conventional and/or eLearning training material is a plus.
• Experience from other building automation protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus is a plus as well.
• Field experience of Plain English (Script) or other scripting programming languages.
• Being able to travel for about 20 ? 40 travel days/year.
