We are now looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead the growth of our sales and people in Sweden!

The ideal candidate is a natural people leader with a strong sales mindset and ability to deliver consistent results. You also appreciate the value of a unique service concept and family-like culture. In this role you will have a team of about 12 - 14 sales managers divided to Stockholm and Gothenburg offices, which you lead with Sales Team Managers and coach them in leadership.

As a Country Sales Manager, you are accountable for

• Leading our B2B sales team towards set targets with maintaining the winning culture through your leadership and own results.
• Ownership of the business: P&L responsibility - growth of sales and profits, through your team and own sales work, time allocation for your own sales is 50-70%. We lead our people from the front!

We are looking for the following qualities:

• Experience in both B2B sales and leading a sales team with proven results
• Passion to grow as a leader and help Team Managers to develop
• Strong passion to work hands-on with the team and to lead them to success with own example
• Can-do attitude and ability to execute plans into actions.
• Great communication skills, fluent English and Swedish
• Understanding of the Swedish business climate and ICT-industry is a plus
